Madisons most notorious holiday drunkards might be a misnomer since this is Wisconsin and someone will almost certainly get wrecked and plow into a Nativity scene at some point. But Waylan St. Palan (Nathan Palan of the beloved Hometown Sweethearts) And The Magic Elves who only come out once each year do have a lot of fun with holiday standards and absolutely get a little messed up while doing so. Described in the past by Palan as cheesy as hell, the Elves put on a show of mini-big band renditions of favorites like Blue Christmas and Mele Kalikimaka while Palan croons, swoons, and growls around the stage like Robert Goulet.
